Israel is going through her most difficult time in modern history. The Jewish people are being targeted in a way that reminds us of pre-Nazi Germany. Never in my lifetime has it been more acceptable to express anti-Semitic sentiments. You will be cheered and encouraged. During the Oscars last week, British Jewish Director blasted Israel in his acceptance speech for Best International Film:
“Right now, we stand here as men who refute their Jewishness and the Holocaust being hijacked by an occupation which has led to conflict for so many innocent people, whether the victims of October the 7th in Israel or the ongoing attack on Gaza.”

Evan Santoro talked to Ron Cantor about his book, Identity Theft. Ron never intended to write a novel and confesses that he had no idea how to. But after nine months of writing a nonfiction book, as he put his head down around midnight on a Friday evening, the whole story came to him… and he rewrote the book. And TODAY, you can get your free copy here.
In other words, Israel has hijacked the Holocaust narrative to build the Jewish state. The truth is the Jewish state was needed to prevent another Holocaust. Fueled by Islamic Jihadist ideals, Hamas’s desire on October 7 was to kill every Jew. They have pledged to continue to carry out October 7-styled attacks against Israel. Ghazi Hamad, a senior Hamas leader, stated,
“Israel is a country that has no place on our land. We must remove it because it constitutes a security, military and political catastrophe to the Arab and Islamic nations. We are not ashamed to say this.”
To think that you can dissect the thorniest issue in geopolitical history in a snarky, anti-Israel acceptance speech is the height of arrogance. And he was roundly condemned for such.
“You made a Holocaust movie and won an Oscar. And you are Jewish. Good for you. But it is disgraceful for you to presume to speak for the six million Jews, including one and a half million children, who were murdered solely because of their Jewish identity,” David Schaecter, president of the Miami-based Holocaust Survivors’ Foundation USA, wrote in an open letter to Glazer on Monday.
Schaecter, a Holocaust survivor himself, also called Glazer’s message “factually incorrect and morally indefensible” and said that Israel “has nothing to do with the Holocaust.” He claimed Glazer was trying to “equate Hamas’ maniacal brutality against innocent Israelis with Israel’s difficult but necessary self-defense in the face of Hamas’s ongoing barbarity.” —Times of Israel
Israelis feel alone and isolated. It’s very frustrating being at war with a brutal enemy who hides behind their own citizens and then screams foul when innocent Gazans are hurt. Just this week, Hamas threatened any Gazans that work with Israel to help get aid into Gaza. In other words, if you try and get food so you don’t starve to death, we will kill you. The world does not seem to understand this enemy.
Once again, Israel is alone. There is no hope outside of God. And that is why we continue to broadcast the life-saving message of Yeshua the Messiah on Shelanu TV. All day long, every day, we share testimonies, worship, sermons, and interviews, all in Hebrew. We post videos on all the social media sites in hopes of reaching our people with the message of Hope.
We thank you for continuing to stand with Shelanu TV. Through your partnership, the message of Yeshua goes forth in Hebrew, reaching out to the seven million people here in Israel, not to mention members of the two million-strong Israeli Arab community. Your financial contribution can make an eternal difference in an Israeli's life.
