Israel in Crisis

Israelis seek HOPE in midst of war

Every day now, Israelis are living under the threat of an existential attack from Iran. We also have enemies on three different fronts continuing to send missiles and terrorists, and the war with Hamas rages now for the 306th day.

Israelis are searching for hope and peace. And thanks to your prayers and support, Shelanu TV - our 24/7 Hebrew-speaking gospel channel - continues to shine the LIGHT of Yeshua and HOPE He offers into a world that is filled with darkness and pain.

We continue to hear encouraging stories like the ones below that our station manager, Evan Santoro, sent us of Israelis seeking to know more about Yeshua. Please read and continue to pray!

A young man named Avi, 25 years old, reached out to us, expressing a deep interest in the faith. Coming from a strict religious Jewish background, Avi attended various religious Jewish institutions, including a yeshiva in a boarding school setting in the north, near Afula, until he was 18. After that, he left “religion” and started a journey of personal searching. We met him, invited him to our congregation, opened the Scriptures, and shared prophecies about the Messiah. Avi came prepared with questions about Yeshua. Together, we prayed, and he accepted Yeshua into his heart, repeating every word of the prayer after us.

Avi attended our congregational meeting afterward and then told us he wanted to take a few weeks alone to think deeply about everything. He said he wanted to pray and seek God's face to ensure this path was right for him, to follow Yeshua with 100% commitment. We are so grateful for the opportunity to meet with him, pray with him, support him, and study prophecies together. We had a two-hour Bible lesson that passed so quickly. Please remember Avi in your prayers, that God will speak to his heart to follow Yeshua in his life. We continue to keep in touch with him.

A young woman named Esther, who grew up as a believer, contacted us. She had a crisis of faith and left it for a while, but now she has returned to God. She watched various videos on our channel. We had the chance to talk with her, and she had many questions, expressing her desire to return to faith. Most importantly, she asked if we knew any believers in her area. We found a Messianic congregation that she has now joined. What a blessing we could help her at such a critical time in her walk of faith.

A young woman named Talia was afraid to have the New Testament sent to her by mail, likely because she lives in a religious Jewish area or did not want her family to know. She arranged to pick up one from us personally when she visited Tel Aviv.

Our ShelanuTV team left the New Testament for her at Café Ha'Ogen, a café run by the Messianic organization "Dugit." She arrived, picked up the book, and sent us a thank you note, saying she had been eagerly waiting to read it and was very blessed by our channel. She shared that she is already experiencing revelations about Yeshua. We look forward to hearing from her after she finishes reading the New Testament. We have told her we are happy to answer any questions or hear any insights she may have. Please pray that God will encounter her and give her more revelations about our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

Your prayers and support are vital to the work that we are doing at Shelanu TV. Please consider making a donation today or becoming a monthly supporter.

Thank you for standing with Israel in her time of need.
