On Saturday, at sundown, we will gather around the table and share a special meal and tell a miraculous story—an act that has been passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years! For Jews and those who follow the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua, Passover is a special time of year.
But I am hoping to make it something MORE—Happy Hovering Day!
What are you talking about, Ron?!
Hang in there with me. What if the word translated passover—pesach—doesn’t really mean to “pass over”? What if it means something MORE? Something even BETTER?!
What if God was actually saying that He hovered over the Hebrews to protect them? Isn’t that what we are all looking for these days? God to hover over us like a mother hen over her chicks…or like the psalmist says, “under the shadow of His wings” (Psalm 91).
Join me as we take an in-depth look at the word pesach and what the Scripture is REALLY telling us. And trust me, by the end of it, you will want to wish EVERYONE a Happy Hovering Day!
Thank you Ron, this was an eye opener.
